Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted if the product is received with physical damage. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damages immediately.

Return Window:

You must initiate the return process within 48 hours of receiving your product.

Proof of Damage:

To qualify for a return, please provide photographic evidence of the damage along with your order number.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at contact@bulkpick.in to report the damage and request a return.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable

Refunds:

If a return is confirmed, the customer is responsible for sending the product to our designated hub. The courier charges for returning the product will be covered by Bulkpick management.

Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage or issue, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable items:

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not physically damaged or if the return request is made after  48 hours of receiving the product.
